Mobility Driven was established under the charismatic leadership of our founder Robert Dittmer. Both a mobility caregiver and an experienced auto body professional, Mr. Dittmer coupled his personal and career expertise to begin serving the broader mobility-impaired community.
Through the progression of his father's multiple sclerosis diagnosis, Mr. Dittmer found it challenging to find mobility services in Grand Junction. This experience inspired Robert to help people with mobility limitations. He began installing and servicing hand controls in his garage in 2015 and quickly found that there was a greater need. Clients who required hand controls also needed other mobility services, but there were no local vendors who sold or serviced them.
From these humble beginnings, the original concept of Mobility Driven grew. Mobility Driven is now your source for a broad service offering of mobility solutions. Clients can now live fuller lives with a range of adaptive mobility products and services, including vehicle hand controls, transfer seats and wheelchair lifts.

Like her teammates, Kaydee wears many hats, from managing daily operational functions to driving our close-knit culture. Kaydee interacts with clients and employees at every level and within every department, ensuring an unmatched quality of service every day.
Kaydee often advocates for people that do not have a voice. She believes that people shouldn't be defined by a situation. Organized and empathetic, Kaydee takes time to understand each client's unique needs.

Don brings 42 years of fabrication and welding expertise to our team. Before joining the Mobility Driven family, he owned his own business. His extensive professional background makes Don an excellent resource. Well-connected and experienced, Don can handle even the most specific custom client request with ample recourse to get the job done.
